Comprehensive annual maintenance contract for Numbers 22068.00 window / Split / cassett / Tower Air conditioner machines of different capacity & different make , inclusive of supervision, schedule maintenance, repair and replacement of all spare parts and consumables . Replacement of compressor, repair & replacement of Blower motor, stabiliser, PCB, capacitor, motor starter, condenser coil, cooling coil , supply & charging of refrigerant etc and all other accessories without any extra cost and expenses and ensuring smooth working of Air conditioners throughout the contract period. The cost includes periodical servicing four times in a year, one overhauling during off season period, breakdown calls as and when required. SSE/E/G/MLDT- 422 nos., SSE/E/G/SBG- 115 nos., SSE/E/G/BGP- 138 nos.- total 675 . Total quantity for 3 years or 36 months is 489x36 month + 186x24 Month=22068 excluding warranty period.
