M&L for disconnecting the suction and delivery pipe lines and electric connections for Non-clog Diesel Engine Pump Sets of Sewage Installations of 10 HP capacity, servicing it throughly by carrying out repairs such as replacing wornout bearings, shaft/ bushes, nuts, bolts, washer, greasing and bringing it to a perfectly workable condition and connecting up of suction and Delivery pipelines incl testing complete all as specified and as directed & to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-In-Charge. Note: The unit rate quotred against the item includes cleaning / repairs / replacement of minor items such as nuts, bolts, gland rope, packing materials etc, removing from its original position carefully and transporting the same to work shop, dismantling / opening the engine for inspection, repair / replacement of worn out parts with new one incl cleaning, lubricating, replacing the minor items like studs, nuts, bolts, washers etc. reassembling the Diesel Engine Pump Set including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint, transporting back and refixing the same in its original position incl all necessary connections, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed.
