Preparing the Existing surface to laying the road to Proper Gradient and remove the loose soil without damage the Water Supply and other Pipe lines. The Rate inclusive of all charges such as Earth work and remove the same away from the site etc, complete as per standard specifications.

Providing and laying BM 50mm compacted thick Dense Bituminous Macadam using 0.24cum of 26.50 – 13.20 mm, 0.25cum of 13.20-2.36 mm and 0.23cum of 2.36mm & below and with 53.20 Kgs of VG30 / VG40 bitumen for premixing per 10 sqm including cost and conveyance of all materials to CMP site, heating the bitumen and aggregate to required temperature and mixing the min. required temperature in central hot mix plant 20-30 tonnes capacity, conveying the mix by Tipper trucks to worksite, spreading the mix to uniform thickness of 50mm with paver to the specified grades and cross sections and compacted by Vibratory / Pneumatic roller to the required density etc., including labour for attending to paver at site etc., including hire charges and fuel charges for 20-30 tonnes CMP with bitumen Boiler, Tipper trucks, Paver finisher / 9m Paver finisher, Vibratory / Pneumatic rollers and all other tools and plant required, including fuel and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification using CMP as per clause 505 of MORTH Rev-5.

Road Marking with Hot Applied Thermoplastic Compound with Reflectorising Glass Beads on Bituminous Surface. Providing and laying of hot applied Thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35-2015. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes etc., complete as per MoRT&H specification No.803 (HW-W0089)

Providing and applying tack coat with Cationic Bitumen Emulsion of approved grade conforming to IS: 8887-1978 on the prepared surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom, moistening the surface including cost and carriage of emulsion, hire charges of machinery and labour, cost of fuel and lubricants all complete as per Clause 503 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). (ii) On Granular surfaces treated with primer. (Using Bitumen emulsion at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 kg per sqm.)
