Electro- mechanical Work: Shifting of the 100 KVA electrical sub- station installed outside the boubdary wall of the tube well cum pumping station Gurgi to inside the boundary wall of tube well cum pumping station Gurgi by way of uprooting all the wild vegetation by manual labour and disconnecting all the incoming and outgoing connections of the 100 KVA HT transformer by skilled labour. The job included dismantling the existing old foundation of PCC poles with the help of a JCB, subsequently lifting the PCC poles and the 100 KVA HT transformer using a Crane and placing the poles in a safe location at the station. Job included providing of 02 Nos. PCC poles.The job also includes levelling the ground with the help of a JCB and preparing a new foundation for the erection of two new PCC poles by excavating a pit upto 4 feet deep for each pole, erecting the poles after laying the RCC foundation, block for each and ensuring the surface is even in all sides. Additionally, the job involves the providing and installation of two nos. horizontal GI channels along the length of PCC poles with three nos. of pin insulator, 03 nos.light arrestor set to support the incoming HT line , CT and PT and other allied equipments as per requirement and then installing two GI channels/ angles/ flats to form a base for mounting the 100 KVA transformer with the help of crane. The job includes connection all the HT incoming and LT outgoing connections of transformer and allied workers by skilled labour. The job icludes cost of labour, crance charges, JCB charges, charges for tools and tackles required for execution of work. The job also includes provide and fitting of LT fuse set ,extension of HT line from the existing ESS to the newly installed ESS inside the boundary of the pumping station and chemical earthing of the ESS.
