Construction of boundary wall with Precast Column and Pannel (with prestressed concrete , pannel size-2100x300x50mm and column size 150x150x2400mm ,1800 mm. above and 600mm. below ground level) including fixing of pannel & column in proper alignment including cost of all material labour and T&P etc. required for proper complection of work as per direction of engineer incharge . (C.C. for grouting, excavation of pit and P.C.C. shall be paid extra) . (NSI).

M&L for providing PVC WALL PANELLING of 5mm thick consisting of panel of desired size stuck on inner frame work of 50mm wide strips of 5mm thick prelaminated PVC sheet. The panel & strips shall be density of 600 kg/CBM manufactured by ISO-9001-2015 certified company. The strips should have in their centre a gove of 6mm widht and 1mm depth for sinking the head screws used to fix the strip to the wall vertically at an equal interval of 10 inch between two PVC strips. The PVC strips shall be fixed to the wall using 65mm long MS screws through the groove in the strip by using PVC fasteners the distance between two screws shall not be more than 200mm. A groove of 2mm may be left at the joint of two panels for aesthetic looks. The exact size of the panel and correspondingly of the grid may vary depending on the size of the wall optionally a strips of 5mm thick PVC sheets of width 75mm feathered at the edges shall be stuck at the places where two panels are joined using solvent cement complete all as specified and directed.
