Random Rubble stone masonry in CM (1:6) prop: (Cement: Screened sand) using other than hard granite stones carted from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, screened sand, water, stones etc., from approved quarry, to site and excluding seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials including labour for cutting stones to required size and shape, mixing, of cement, mortar, construction, curing etc.,and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work in foundation and basement. (APSS No. 601 & 615)

M&L for rendaring 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on external surface of wall mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacture instruction on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finish the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed. (WPC shall be measured and paid seperatly)

Vertical surfaces such as retaining walls , return walls, walls (any thk) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, etc.

Providing and fixing weep holes with rigid PVC make laid in position with a required slope and level while laying pipes of approved the concrete of retaining wall, wing wall and earth retaining structure complete as directed by the Engineer in charge. 110 mm dia.
