Supplying and fixing of pre cast cement concrete readymade boundary wall including cost of all material, labour,T&P etc and all lead & lift for proper completion of work. R.C.C. Wall pannel size B/W Post-- 3000(H)X1830(w) in mm R.C.C. Post size 3600X150X150 in mm with reinforcement 8 mm dia 4 Nos. bar and and R.C.C.-1:1.5:3 and foundation size - 0.45X0.45X0.90 in metre R.C.C. Plank size -6'x1'x1/6' with reinforcement 8 mm dia 2 Nos. bar horizental and 2 Nos. vertical bar and R.C.C. - 1:2:4.

Finishing wall surface of walls with Acrylic wall putty (water based) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding staging charges with cost of all materials taxes, labour T&P etc complete in all respect as per direction of the Engineer – in – Charge.

Supply and fixing 600mm dia Galvanised steel punched type concertina coil as per IS-4454 with galvanised coating and punched type material as per IS-513 deep drawn quality with galvanised coating, having medium bardbs (barb length 24+1mm pitch between two barbs 35+1mm) fixed in position and secured to both sides of shaped angle iron post stretched to a length of 8 to 10m so as to achieve 600mm dia as in fencing including fixing with special galvanised fasteners such as J clips, C clips, U clips fixed at any height on compound wall including dismantling old concertina coil wire including necessary scaffolding as required complete all as specified and directed. [Note: After stretching the coil the length of the compound wall on which it has been stretched shall be measured as straight length for payment]

S&F in Repair Punched Tape Concertina Coil (including spike and handle) with 56 loops and dia 600mm, Max covered length 10 RM, having a core wire of high carbon spring steel of high tensile strength conforming to IS 4454/Part-I/Grade-SM, duly hot dipped galvanized with heavy zinc coating with minimum 230 gms per Sqm. The punched tape and core wire (2.5 + 0.35mm dia) shall be heavy galvanized (IS-1730) (Wire-275GSM & strip-200 GSM) conforming to IS-513 to provide protection against outdoor exposure. The punched tape shall mechanically crimped over the core wire and then formed into a coil at various parts of the periphery of the coil. The width of strip as 19mm and spacing of blades 24.00 + 0.5 mm C/C. The weight of each coil shall be 8.50 + 5% Kgs without packing material and coil length 10 Mtr (maximum) when opened up, (Each coil should packed with bituminized hessian cloth for providing protective packing) as in fencing including fixing with special galvanised fasteners such as J clips, C clips, U clips fixed at any height on compound wall including dismantling old concertina coil wire including necessary scaffolding as required complete all as specified and directed.
