Excavation in earth work in all heights and depths in all kinds of soil including saturated soil comprising of pick work, jumper work, blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil including, dewatering where ever required, setting out to required lines,level as shown on the drawing as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge at site, according to HP.PWD specifications of 1990 ( One thousand nine hundred ninety) Volume-1(One) and sorting out useful/un-useful materials and transportation of the unusefull materials for disposing at dumping site ( to be arranged by the conctractor) as per satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge through all ,modes of transporation including head load, animal load or mechnical means alongwith its levelling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machinaries, tools equipments and safety measures and incidental necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labours ( If required). All usefull materials such as stones, shingles aggregate and slate shall be properly stacked at siteto the minimum possible extent of 0.000 cubic metre @ Rupees 300/- only (Rupees Three hundred er cubic metre) shall be effected on pro-rata basis in all circumstances and disposal off surplus material in all leads and lifts through all modes of transportation as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Any loss to the pulic and private property during the course of execution and disposal of serviceable and unserviceable materials shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor and shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respected including all incidental charges.

Providing anti termite treatment in 4 stages I) immediate after earth work excavation and before laying foundation concrete II) after refilling for sides of foundation III) Before laying of flooring concrete IV) outside of basement upto 1.0m around the building using BIFLEX-C termite 250ml for 10 lit of water etc., complete.
