Laying & dressing of 11KV 3x300 Sq.mm U/G cable Double Ckt. from by excavation of earth in the trench 450mm wide, 900mm deep providing 150mm fine sand cushion below the cable. The cable shall be duly protected by bricks, sand & stone slab and refilling & ramming of the left out soil. Spare cable shall be left and buried in the trench in the shape of rings at both ends. Cable laying work includes unrolling, cutting, making ring and sealing both ends of the cable. (All decentralized/consumable materials to be provided by Contractor Expect Cable) & in case of vipin khand, single Ckt. all other criteria is same as above.

Laying of S&T Cables of various cores/ pairs/ quads in trenches/ GI pipes/ RCC pipes/ DWC pipes/ Trucking. This also includes laying of cables in track crossings & road crossings. Item includes provision of labels of colored plastic adhesive tapes or any other identifiable material on each cable to give the cable number at each G.P.(Cables will be daggered before and after its laying by contractor under supervision of Railway Representative and he will submit the meggering report of each testing). Length of the cable laid includes the length of the cable coiled for termination 12 purposes. NOTE: The unit may be read as RM.
