Cable Laying Tenders

D/C 11 KV 3x185 sqmm Cable laying in Metalic/Damar/normal soil Road by Manual method as per site condition. (All the material required for laying will be supplied by the contractor except 11 KV XLPE cable)

M & L for road cutting incl necessary excavation 30 cm wide and 30 cm in depth as in trenches in any type of soils/rock for laying LT UG cable through pipe after laying /through the cable trenches will be filling top with M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm grdaeds stone aggregates from top over 15 cm thick hard good of broken boulders , 63 mm gauge over 15 cm bolders 100 mm dia over filled and rammed earth to make good the disburbed surface etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying in trenches, LT underground cable, XLPE insulated armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 Volts grade, cross sectional area 6 Sqmm, 2 core multi-stranded including cable connecting lugs, glands, jointing materials etc., laid in trenches, floors, roof, ducts and fixing using clamps, saddle for pole, wall complete all as specified and directed

Digging of trench 1.0 mtr. deep and 0.3 mtr. Wide in all kind of soil duly clearing of roots and plants, bushes etc. in the path of laying of cable as per RE specification. The trench should 11 be straight and parallel to track. If the depth of trench is not uniform in a span of 100 mtr of shorter lengths and site condition demands along the cable run, minmum depth will be taken for that particular stretch for payment. Meggering of cable before and after its laying of all types of out door cables to be done.

Laying of 11 KV 3x300/3x185/ 3x120 Sqmm. XLPE cable by digging 0.75 Mtr. deep trench, putting layer of sand in the bottom, ramming it, laying of cable over it RMT and covering the cable from sides and top by laying bricks, finally covering the same by earth and levelling of the same, all the materials, except cable, will be pvovided by the contractor.
