CONSTRUCTION OF NEW 33by11 KV (2X5 MVA) SS SONIK II AT DISTT UNNAO
Laying & dressing of 11KV 3x300 Sq.mm XLPE cable from 5MVA T/F to 11KV incoming Switchgear by excavation of trench in the ground of size 450mm wide, 900mm deep providing 150mm fine sand cushion below the cable. The cable shall be duly protected by bricks, sand & stone slab and refilling & ramming of the left out soil. Spare cable shall be left and buried in the trench in the shape of rings at both ends. Cable laying work includes unrolling, cutting, making ring and sealing both ends of the cable. (All decentralized/consumable materials to be provided by Contractor).
Electrical work in connection with provision of Power supply arrangement for New mechanized Laundary at ASH & GTNR, power supply arrangement work for SETC of PERC Dry cleaning machine , SETC of Tumbler Dryer , SETC of Rotary screw electric driven Air compressor , SETC of washer extractor , SETC of folder machine with stacker and SITC of feeder machine at linen center at GKP.

Cable laying should be as per IS-1255/1983 with latest ammendments. Digging of trench in all kinds of soil up to the depth of 1000 mm and 350 mm wide for laying of cable with supply and placing of second-class bricks, approx. 10 bricks per meter, refilling of cable trench with solid earth consolidating by ramming by 270 mm above the surrounding level over trench. (Cable will be supplied by Railway)
