Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland /Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. Pre-Construction anti-termite treatment, by creating a barrier under and around the columns pits, foundation trenches, under floors, junctions of Walls & floors, around the external perimetre of building, expansion joints, surrounding of pipes and conduits etc. (Plinth area of the building at ground floor only shall be measured as per I.S. 6313 (Part II 1981))with Eldrine emulsifiable 0.2% concentration or any other approved material such as Heptachlore or chlordance will be used. The consumption of emulsion shall be (i) Foundation and masonary @ 5 Ltrs/Sqm, (ii) Back fills in immediate contact of foundation@ 7.5 Ltrs. / Sqm, (iii) Top surface of Plinth filling @ 5 Ltrs / Sqm, ( iv) Junction of walls & floors @ 7.5 Ltrs / Sqm, (v) Soil along external perimetre of building @ 7.5 Ltrs / Sqm (vi) under apron of the building @ 5 Ltrs. /Sqm. The rates includes cost of all materials, labour, equipments, T&P complete. CSI No. 17.01 (SOR 23-24)

Urgent repair works

Supervisor (Highly Skilled):- Civil Maintenance E-Ticket management, Analyze the raised E-tickets, Interact with users, Understand the work, Instruct to workers about the work and methodology through which work will be performed, Keep records of assignments and produce detailed work reports, conduct repairs or maintenance as per user’s requirement, Supervision of the plumbing and carpentry work to be done by Carpenter, Plumber and their helper, completion of work with all safety precautions and finally closing of E-tickets, Ensure quality of executed works, Keep records of assignments and produce daily wise detailed work reports. Maintaining records of materials used and inform if there is shortage of any materials, Managing and rectify the issue If there is any Shutdown, Major leakage or any Emergency repairs and Maintenance work related to Carpentry and Plumbing works, All other works as directed by IPR Engineer in Charge. He should be capable of working efficiently and supervising work of skilled labors. Diploma engineer / supervisor with 1 year experience in civil work will be required. Work to be done from 9AM to 5:30 PM from Monday to friday. In case of emergency, Manpower may called on Saturday / Sunday or holiday including before or after office hours. Note:- Minimum base price for this item as per Minimum wage, labour laws and other statutory compliances is Rs 1608/- per day. Contractor must quote greater than or equal to this rate.
