Plastering the Brick work 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:3 (Plastering Sand (P-Sand)) (One cement, three Plastering Sand (P-Sand)) for all faces of walls (even and uneven) in all floors upto full height of the building including necessary scaffolding, racking of masonry joints, cleaning, curing etc., complete complying with AISS and as directed by the departmental officers.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with: 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size)

Constructing 904.0 mm (3’0”) dia brick masonry inspection chamber as per IS - 4111: Part-1:1986 with... to site and all incidental and operational, labour charges like mixing cement mortar, constructing masonry, lift charges, curing , overheads & contractors profit etc., complete for finished item of work as per Standard specification.
