Supply, erection, commissioning of additional length of Exhaust Pipes with long radius bend from silencer with necessary clamps, fixtures, civil works andthermal insulation with 50 mm thick glass wool and with 1.0 mm thick aluminium sheet cladding of following adequate size including suitable rain cap for top to avoid rain water entry. The distance between exhaust pipe at top and rain cap should be higher than diameter of pipe. The horizontal run of exhaust piping should slope downwards away from engine to the condensate trap. Silencer should be installed with drain plug at bottom. Fixing shall be done with proper clamps, expansion bolts, and all other acessories as instructed by the Engineer and the rate inclusive of all minor civil works required, bolts, clamps etc as required for istallation. Support to exhaust piping should be done in such a manner that load of exhaust piping is not exerted to turbocharger. Exhaust pipe height shall be 3m more than the top of any adjacent building withing 10m radius of the exhaust.
