Pre-Construction anti-termite treatment, by creating a barrier under and around the columns pits, foundation trenches, under floors, junctions of Walls & floors, around the external perimetre of building, expansion joints, surrounding of pipes and conduits etc. (Plinth area of the building at ground floor only shall be measured as per I.S. 6313 (Part II 1981))with Eldrine emulsifiable 0.2% concentration or any other approved material such as Heptachlore or chlordance will be used. The consumption of emulsion shall be (i) Foundation and masonary @ 5 Ltrs/Sqm, (ii) Back fills in immediate contact of foundation@ 7.5 Ltrs. / Sqm, (iii) Top surface of Plinth filling @ 5 Ltrs / Sqm, ( iv) Junction of walls & floors @ 7.5 Ltrs / Sqm, (v) Soil along external perimetre of building @ 7.5 Ltrs / Sqm (vi) under apron of the building @ 5 Ltrs. /Sqm. The rates includes cost of all materials, labour, equipments, T&P complete. CSI No. 17.01 (SOR 23-24)

Mild Steel or Iron work in heavy sizes such as trusses built up gates, door frames, record, racks roof work gates etc. wrought to required form including holes rivetting or welding where necessary and also fixing in proper position and alignment including cost of all materials supplied by contractor. NSI Ref CSI No. 9.01 (SOR 23-24)

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works

Note :(A) Additional cost to be borne by the Contractor for the following (which shall not be reimbursed by the AAI) : 1) Appointment of ASCO and Training – The contractor has to mandatorily appoint one (01) no. Aviation Security Compliance Officer (ASCO) from his agency and the ASCO has to under go and qualify the AVSEC Induction Course of 5 days duration at the place decided by the Bureau of Civil Aviation Security (BCAS). The entry passes for the Terminal Building and Operational Area will be issued to the employees and staff of the contractor by the BCAS only after the fulfillment of the above criteria. The applicable cos tof the course/training along with food and accommodation (approx. Rs. 45,000/- at present) will have to be borne by the contractor. 2) Salary of Supervisor deployed for the work along with the expenses of working mobile and two wheeler (Approx. 3.00 Lakh per annum). The contractor shall have to also submit the PF & ESI contribution for the supervisor and other staff engaged in the work. Further if ESI is not applicable, the contractor shall have to provide Rs. 2.0 Lacs Medi-claim policy to each person engaged at the site. 3) CAR Policy & Worksman Compensation Policy for the work as per the SCC clause no. 19. 4) The fees for the entry passes (as applicable and revised from time to time) issued to the employees and staff of the contractor for entering the Terminal Building and Operational Area for the execution of the works assigned under the contract.
