OD20584/2026-2027:Cleaning existing mosaic flooring using approved diluted acid solution, scrubbing with rotary machine/manual brush, removing stains, washing with clean water, neutralising surface and disposing debris complete, including dismantling and repairing damaged / hollow / broken portions of existing mosaic flooring near wall junctions or wherever required, using cement mortar/terrazzo mix to match existing flooring, curing, rubbing and finishing the repaired portions to proper level and alignment, complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing welded mesh/expanded metal mesh 25 mmx 25 mm x 3mm in frame work, flat iron beading 20x3mm including top cross laps inside and out sides welding, iron bolts, crews, clips etc. including two coat of red oxide and two coat of enamel paint or more required complete with frame work with 50 X 50 X 6mm angle iron post 30 cm in ground embeded in cement concrete 1:3:6 (30X30X45cm) at corner and every three mtr including painting with one coat of primer and two coat of enamel paint work will be done as per direction of engineer incharge of size complete in all respect.
