Comprehensive O&M for 5th year Note: In addition to the requirements specified under (a-f) above for activities to be performed for each year, the bidder shall consider during 5th year of Comprehensive Operation & maintenance of all equipment (hardware, software, all control center equipment & associated systems inclusive of any IOT gateways installed) installed under this contract with preventive and predictive maintenance, replacement of IT hardware servers, workstations, upgradation to latest IOT based software version with license, replacement of UPS batteries etc. as required under the specifications. Note: The IOT based software shall be upgraded with minimum 50% of the total tags consumed out of the original 30,000 tags. i.e 30,000(original)+ 50% qty of original tags consumed. The IT hardware, required gateways, cyber security systems shall be sized to cater to this requirement.
