Providing and fixing factory made uPVC glazed/wire mesh windows/ doors comprising of lead free uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion/coupler (where ever required) extruded profiles having minimum wall thickness of 1.70 mm for Series R1 and R2 profiles and 2.10 mm for Series R3 and R4 profiles conforming to EN: 12608 in any shape, colour and design duly reinforced with galvanized mild steel section made of required shape & size as per CPWD Specification, hardware, SS 304 grade fasteners of minimum 8 mm dia with countersunk head, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc. Wire mesh / Glazing of plain/ toughened/ laminated/ double glass unit with / without high performance coatings as per design requirements and conforming to IS: 3548 & IS: 16231 Note:- Structural design proof checked from a Government Engineering Institute, to be provided shall be paid separately.e (70mm & above) x (40mm & above) & Glazed sash (25mm & above) x (50mm & above) with zinc alloy (zamak powder coated touch locks with hook (Height upto 1.2 metre). Three track three panels sliding window with two glazed & one wire mesh panels with Aluminium channel for roller track, wool pile, nylon rollers with SS 304 body. Using R2 series with frame (70mm & above) x (40mm & above) & both glazed and fly screen sash (25mm & above) x (50mm & above) with zinc alloy (zamak) powder coated touch locks with hook. (Height upto 1.2 metre). As DSR -9.147.A4.1,

Material and labour for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed in cement mortar 1:3 including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joint except at sharp curves shall not be more than 5mm) including making drainage opening where ever required complete all specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Setting out work completed with construction of reference benchmark/working benchmark (minimum 5per Km ), made of concrete M-10 of size 575x575x450mm with a base of size 900x900x100mm including white washing, marking of chainage, Levels etc.(As per drawing Annex-I) and reference pillars made of cut stone having minimun thickness 65 mm / precast concrete poles/concrete (M-10) filled AC pipes @ 100 m interval embaded in concrete base of M-10 of size 300x300x750mm on both sides of the formation width, marking on centre line setting out curves and recording of central line levels and other required levels and distances etc. including setting out of Cross Drainage structures with required reference pillers and marking etc. as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The setting out work will be maintaind by the contractor till the completion of work. (A) Reference benchmark/working benchmark (As per drawing annex-I)

Making bell mouth opening/ entrance of size 100x50x50 cm for drainage pipe under footpath, including providing cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) for shape of bell mouth, including plastering providing and fixing precast R.C.C./ S.F.R.C. slab including plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) of 6 mm thickness on exposed surface of the slab & bell mouth including centring, shuttering & neat cement punning inside the bell mouth etc. all complete.
