Drainage Spouts complete as per Drawing and Technical Specification.

Drainage Water System complete with pumps, piping, valves, fittings, auto starting and stopping features and other accessories as per specifications and scope defined in Section 25 of Vol. III B (PTS).

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete.

M & L for cleaning of area drainage by removing covering slabs of any description, position & thickness, removing material i.e, soil, vegetation, shrubs of any on top of cover slab Removing of deposited clay, silt, soil, debris, leaves and similar material in the drain and make the drain functional and disposal of same upto a lead of 1500m and place the cover slab of same complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC glazed/wire mesh windows/ doors comprising of lead free uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash and mullion/coupler (where ever required) extruded profiles having minimum wall thickness of 1.70 mm for Series R1 and R2 profiles and 2.10 mm for Series R3 and R4 profiles conforming to EN: 12608 in any shape, colour and design duly reinforced with galvanized mild steel section made of required shape & size as per CPWD Specification, hardware, SS 304 grade fasteners of minimum 8 mm dia with countersunk head, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc. Wire mesh / Glazing of plain/ toughened/ laminated/ double glass unit with / without high performance coatings as per design requirements and conforming to IS: 3548 & IS: 16231 Note:- Structural design proof checked from a Government Engineering Institute, to be provided shall be paid separately.e (70mm & above) x (40mm & above) & Glazed sash (25mm & above) x (50mm & above) with zinc alloy (zamak powder coated touch locks with hook (Height upto 1.2 metre). Three track three panels sliding window with two glazed & one wire mesh panels with Aluminium channel for roller track, wool pile, nylon rollers with SS 304 body. Using R2 series with frame (70mm & above) x (40mm & above) & both glazed and fly screen sash (25mm & above) x (50mm & above) with zinc alloy (zamak) powder coated touch locks with hook.
