Custom Bid for Services - Rewiring of electrical wiring for Weighbridges Shyam Techno Make and Ashoka Make at Sub Quarry 1 of AGPEOCM under GPSA of Ballarpur Area Similar Category Repair

Supplying and fixing of power plug point with Modular accessories on hot dipped galvanized modular box of 1.2 mm thick with earthing terminal/connector on surface or in recessed with suitable size of modular face place with grid plate and cover plate including cost of ISI marked modular 16 amp. Switch (IS :3854) and 6/16 amp. socket outlet (IS:1293) making connection , testing , etc. as required.

M&L Mild Steel Work for earth marker including necessary cutting, fabrication, drilling, bolting or riveting and locking arrangement, etc. and similar work, conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 including dismantling unserviceable Mild Steel Work, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Rate included for painting of mild steel work and marking of Earth Plate Number/ Description of Earthing/Type of Earthing on Plate with White Paint including Earth Plate No. and Earthing Resistance with Earthing Check Date and Earthing Check Due Date.

Material and labour earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode of size 600mmX600mmx3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 metres below the normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal GL and connected to copper strip of size 20 x 3 mm size by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron steel all as shown in Electrical Plate No.3 connecting to earthing test point, including necessary earth work in any type of soil, PCC earth chamber made in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded aggregate), common salt, charcoal with 150 mm thickness all sides of plate, CI funnel,CI earth pit cover including necessary hinges on one side, including necessry test on completion, all as specified and as directed. Note : (a)The unit rate shall also include for excavation, earth work in hard/dense soil PCC (1:3:6) type C1 pit of size 300x300x300 mm, CI cover slab of 10 mm thick with marking Earthing, GI funnel with 20 mm dia watering pipe, wire mesh, 40 mm dia medium grade GI protection pipe for earth lead etc., complete. (b) Earth resistance should be less than 1-2 Ohm on testing after completion.

M&L in replacement for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meters below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 meters below ground level surrounded on all sides by 150 mm thick charcoal & common salt starting from ground below earth plate upto 150mm above GI plate in alternate layers connected to galvanized earth strip 32x6 mm by means of nuts, bolts, thimbles, chuck nuts, washers of GI or steel, PCC (concrete chamber of size 300 mm x 300 mm x 300 mm inside dimension) shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate with fair finish , internal surface of concrete chamber shall be given 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4, funnel with wire mesh of 22 gauge, 80 mm thick PCC pit cover 320 mm x 320 mm of RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with XPM, JALLI pit all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I (2009) as specified including provision of 40mm bore medium grade GI pipe for earth strip protection and 20 mm bore for watering complete , all excavation and earth work & connecting the earthing to an earthing test point /LT Panel/Transformer as specified and testing on completion for desired result complete all as specified and directed . Note :- Digging for earthing allowed only through man power but not through JCB.

M&L in repair for bore earthing not less than 250 mm dia 16 feet deep filled with black soil up to 7 feet from bottom complete with galvanized iron pipe 40 mm bore medium grade 3 meter long tapers at bottom & provided 12 mm holes (staggered) at 75 mm centre to centre up to 2.5 meter of length from bottom , burried directly in ground filled with 45 cm alternate layer of chemical magnisium sulphate, charcoal & salt up to ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32x6 mm as earthing lead up to 7.5 mtr by means of bolt and nut, check nuts and washer of galvanized iron or steel including brazing work and 40mm dia light grade pipe for earth lead protection connected to electrical equipment and earthing test point , earth dolly and earth chamber as shown in elect plate No 2 of SSR Pt-I including all necessary earth work, excavation, earth chamber with PCC 1:3:6, Type C1 and RCC chamber cover of PCC 1:2:4 with handle and 20 mm dia GI watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh etc and testing on complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
