Earthing of line for all type of supports as per REC construction standards using Stay wire/GI wire with one pcs.of M.S.rod 20mm dia each 3 meter long and driving into earth by mechanical means as per approved design.Drawing &specification.All material except MS rod,MS flat & stay wirewill be supplied by the contractor.If material is supplied by the contractor ,the payment will be made as per prevailing Discomstore issue rates.(In case of PCC poles earthing must be connected with earthwire already available on PCC pole at bottom)

Dismantling by Disconnecting existing panel and its connections and supply, install, testing and commissioning CPRI APPROVED factory fabricated powder coated, outdoor type, LT FEEDER PANEL of made out of 3.15mm thick CRCA sheet of suitable size with projected globe roof for rainwater protection dust and vermin proof, double door (including locking arrangement) with both side opening including neoprene rubber gasket, suitable for 440 Volt 3 Phase 4 Wire System, including danger plate, earthing strip point and ventilation louvers at rear side, bottom detachable gland plate complete with suitable size zinc chromium plated nuts, bolts and washers etc. with panel control copper wiring, accessories fitted on suitable insulator all housed in suitable size chamber and fixing of digital Voltmeter, Ammeter with built in selector switch, CT's of suitable ratio, pilot indication lamps including internal connection with suitable size of cable, cable lugs and cable glands, panel embedded with 50x50x6mm mild steel angle iron frame 600mm above the normal ground level complete, PCC foundation 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) and testing after installation including dismantling of existing unserviceable one complete all as specified and including the following :- (a) Aluminium busbar 800 amps size 50mm x 10mm - 04 Nos, supported with suitable size of heavy duty porcelain stand lock with suitable size of brass nut, bolts and washer with heat shrinkable PVC sleeving. The bar shall be colour coded (red, yellow and blue) for three phases and black for neutral.
