M&L for renewal of earthing of poles/system with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick, buried vertically in ground not less than 2.25 metres below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than1.5 mtr below ground level, connected to GI strip 32x6mm by means of nuts, bolts and washers and encased in and inclduing 40mm dia GI light grade pipe upto 2.4 mtr height from ground level fixed by MS flat iron clamp 40mmx5mm with nut, bolt and washers, GI strip fixed to base along pole and connected to existing system with alternate layers of charcoal dust, salt packed around plate 150mm thick including watering GI pipe, medium grade 20mm dia, 1.5mtr long fixed to funnel with wire mesh complete with PCC chamber and RCC chamber cover all as per electrical plate No. 3 SSR part I-2009 including excavation and earth work in any type of starta and testing on completion. (Note:- GI strip and GI pipe beyond 7.5M long shall be measured and paid separately)

Material and labour for Earthing pit marker /identifier ,size of identifier 30 cmx20 cm board (preferably metallic) fix on the pole height from grnd 60 cm above the grnd and 2.5 cm under the ground, unit identification no to be prefixed with marking no of earthing pits.design of identifier should be diffrent for equipment earthing,power earthing and LA earthing as per directed by eng-in-charge.

Earthing System ARC NRPL Panipat Having examined the tender documents consisting of Notice Inviting Tender, SIT, SCC, General Conditions of Contract, Scope of Work regarding various jobs, Time schedule, Unpriced SOR-Part II etc. and having thoroughly studied the requirement of Indian Oil Corporal Limited realtive to the work tendered for and having conducted a thorough study of jobsite(s) involved, the site conditions, soil conditions, the climatic conditions, labour, power, water etc. including office accomodation, transport & all other facilities and things whatsoever necessary for the performance of the work in accordance with the terms and conditions and within time mentioned in the tender document, I/We hereby agree to execute the subject work at mentioned (in this BoQ) % below / at par / % above the rates specified in the enclosed Schedule of Rate-Part II.
