M&L in replacement of earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate 600X600X6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not les than 2.25 M deep below GL with top edge of plate not less than 1.50 m below GL) connected with GI earth lead wire 4.0 mm as earthing leads by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers all joints as shown on drawings and including excavation, earth work. GI pipe light grade 15 mm bore for protection of GI earth wire from earth electrode to and including the earth test point, supplying and laying charcoal dust, common salt PCC (1:2:4) type B1 chamber and MS angle iron frame of 40mmx40mm x3 mmand RCC cover 40 mm thick (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars @ 75 mm C/C both ways with MS handle 12 mm dia, PGI funnel and wire mesh, 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part -I and conected to earth test point including testing complete all as secified and directed at site.

Chemical Earthing:Earthing of distribution transformer including digging of pit of size 2.5 Mtr depth and make hole of size 150 mm. Placing of earthing electrode (to be supplied by contractor as per drawing No. A) as drawing B, connecting the same with G.I. Strip (to be supplied by contractor ) of size 35x6 mm as per drawing C for a minimum lenght 6 m. treatment of soil with highly condctive substance as per IS 30343 complete in all respect, result of earthing resistance to be recroded in M.B. before and after installation of earthing. The earth resistance after earthing should be less than 1 Ohm.

Erection of 6 Way pillar box including excavation of foundation pits as per standard specification 2 Nos pillar concrete walls, coping and earthing the pillars below ground level 3 feet from ground level including cost of all materials, cost of labours including electrical works, transportation, lead, lift complete etc.,
