Supply and laying of LTUG cable in a trench digging of ground of depth 2 ft X width 2 ft X length 3 ft and construction of wall with bricks of height 1 1/2 ft on either side with cement mixture and filling of 12mm jelly of depth 1/2 ft with 1/2 cement mixture. (A)Earth work open excavation in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the excavated earth with a lead of 10 mts. (B)Cement concrete 1:5:10 (One of cement, five of sand and ten aggregate) using 40mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for flooring including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick etc., complete. (C)Brick work in Cement Mortar 1:5 using best quality II class ground moulded chamber burnt bricks of size 9" x 4-3/8" x 2-3/4" for the following including curing, etc., (D)Manufacturing, supplying and fixing Precast Reinforced Cement Concrete slabs of following thickness in RCC 1:2:4 (one cement, two sand and four aggregates), using following HBGS jelly excluding cost of reinforcement steel in position but including cost of moulding charges, casting of slab, finishing, curing and fixing in position in all floors etc., E)Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel grills for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc. F ) Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with filling M sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc

1.10.3 Wiring for light point/ fan point/ exhaust fan point/ call bell point with 1.5 sq.mm FRLS PVCinsulated copper conductor single core cable in surface / recessed medium class PVC conduit,with modular switch, modular plate, suitable GI box and earthing the point with 1.5 sq.mm. FRLSPVC insulated copper conductor single core cable etc as required.Group C
