VRCC M- 20 Nominal mix (Cement:fine aggregate: coarse aggregate) corresponding to Table 9 of IS 456 using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and excluding Seigniorage charges on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc. complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work including centering, shuttering, cost and conveyance of all materials and all labour charges etc., complete as per ss and as directed by the site engineer (Footings )

Supply and placing of Design Mix Concrete M25 grade corresponding to IS 456 with minimum cement content of 380 kgs per 1 cum of concrete using WEIGH BATCHER / MIXER with 20mm size graded machine crushed hard Granite metal (coarse aggregate)(consisting of nominal size metal 60% of 20mm , 15% of 13.20/12.50mm , 15% of 10mm and 10% of 6mm ) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) (with 50% river sand & 50% manufactured sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site, centering using Steel scaffolding pipes, jack Props, Wallers, Foot plates, brackets, steel Centering Plates, etc, etc., including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as weigh batching, machine mixing, laying concrete, curing and cost of overheads & contractors profit etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402) FOR FOOTINGS, PEDESTALS, PLINTH BEAMS.for Footings

Isolator Structure-Fabrication of Isolator structure minimum 3.5 mtr overall height and 2.5 mtr above ground level as per RESSPO drawing, with help of M.S channel 125x65 mm two pieces of M.S channel joined to each other by M.S flat 50x6 mm, diagonally at the interval of 0.5 mtr and top & bottom of the structure. Grouting of Isolator structure in CC (cement ,coarse sand and stone grit of 20 mm gauge) including supply of necessary T&P and painting os structure complete.(only M.S channel and angle provided by the deptt)

Supply and Fabrication of Fire Tender (12 KL WATER BOUSER) including supply of chassis of reputed companies such as ASHOK LEYLAND, TATA Motors Ltd., EICHER Motors Ltd. or any other equivalent make complete in all respect confirming to the requirement of Minimum vehicle load as 28000 kg. Minimum Engine Power output as 200HP, BS VI Engine and fabrication of fire tender body on this chassis fitted with Mild Steel tank having capacity of 12000 litre for water storage. Normal & high pressure centrifugal pump CE & UL Certified, capable of discharging at least 3000 LPM at 10 kg/cm2 at normal pressure and 300 LPM at 40 kg/cm2 high pressure, with all other fitments, equipment & assesories as per tender specification for chassis and fabrication as per enclosed technical specification complete including all taxes F.O.R. at Jaipur (complete Fire Foam Tender with chassis & fabricated body including testing, transportation and Insurance etc.).
