Specifications: Replacement of Plates for ESP Penthouse & Outer Casing Size : 10 m X 5m Thickness : 5mm Economic outlet Size : 12m X 4m Thickness : 5mm Scope of work: 1) Dismantle the existing damaged Plates for ESP Penthouse & Outer Casing, weighed and leading to scrap yard through our mill stores. 2) Fabrication and erection of Plates for ESP Penthouse & Outer Casing as per the existing manner welding on both sides (2 layer). 3) The approximate quantity of work will be around 4.00 MT. 4) Rate quoted for MS plate and angles per MT basis only. Payment will be made actual measurement of the erected items. 5) Hydro test is to be carried out to check the leakages.

REPAIRING /FABRICATION OF PADDLE FEEDER PANEL BY PROVIDING COMPONENTS LIKE LOCK,LOCK PIN, HINGE,GASKET,GLASS ,FIBRE SHEET, SS SCREW & NUT-BOLTS ETC AS PER REQUIREMENT

1. Dismantling of damaged hot water over head tank and lead to Scrap yard. 2. Fabrication and Erection of cold water over head tank by 10 and 12mm MS plate and supporting angles. 3. Providing of stiffener at inside of the tank if necessary. 4. During erection if any existing Pipe lines, supports, platform, valves and nipple taping removal involves, contractor should repositioning the same without any extra cost. 5. Providing of supports, outlet, inlet nipples and valves. 6. Hydraulic test shall be taken for leak proof. 7. The Approximate weight of the contract work will be around 6.00 MT approximate. M.S. structural works with hollow sections (square or rectangular shape) conforming to IS: 806-1968 & IS:1161-1998) connected to one another with bracket, gusset, cleat as per design, drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge complete including cutting to requisite shape & size, fabrication including metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816-1969 & IS: 9595 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of all M.S. Hollow section, all consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charges of all tools and plants and labour reqired for execution and all incidental chages (such as electricity, labour insurance) etc. complete. i) For roof truss works Electrical Sub Station
