Plain Cement Concrete corresponding to M-20 grade as per IS 456 nominal mix using 20mm size graded aggregate machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) (consisting of nominal size metal 60% of 20mm, 15% of 13.20/12.50mm, 15% of 10mm and 10% of 6mm) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (river sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site, all operational, incidental and labour charges such as mixing, laying concrete, curing and cost of overheads & contractors profit etc.,complete including HIRE CHARGES FOR CENTERING & SCAFFOLDING (using Steel scaffolding pipes, jack Props, Wallers, Foot plates, brackets, steel Centering Plates, etc etc., but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work, for:-Machine Mix-PCC : M-20 NOMINAL MIX Centering with Steel up to 3.66M. FOR STEPS.

Mounting Structures : Design , fabrication and supply of Galvanised Steel supporting mounting structure including Bolts & Nuts as per technical specifications: i. Current transformer for 11kV NCTs (for 110/11kV Transformer) (0.157t per Structure) (0.146t per tower for structure+ 0.011 t per tower for Bolt & Nuts) No/t 02/0.3140 02/0.3140

Providing, supplying, fabricating and installing Stainless Steel Grade 316 sliding gates, collapsible gates, wheel-mounted mobile barricades and similar fabricated assemblies of approved design, including cutting, bending, welding, grinding, polishing, wheel assemblies, braking arrangements, hardware and fixing complete as per approved drawings and directions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Payment shall be made on net weight of finished stainless steel fabrication.

REPAIRING OF RUSTED AND BADLY DAMAGED PORTION OF CHATAL AND REPLACEMENT BY APPROVED GAUGE METAL THEREAFTER FABRICATION JOB NEED TO BE DONE OF CABIN BODY.
