Supplying, fitting and placing of HYSD bars Fe-500 ( From Primary producers ,Like TATA,SAIL,VSP, JWS & Shyam steel Etc.,) of different diameters, wrought and put up bars of all diameters including cost and conveyance of steel to site and all labour charges for fabrication of reinforcement including cutting, bending, binding rods, tying grills, placing them in position etc., complete including cost and conveyance of binding wire and all handling charges and operational charges etc., and including over lapping welding if required etc., complete for all R.C.C items for finished item of work as per standard drawings, as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge and as per MoRT&H specification 1600 &2200 (5th revision) in sub-structure.

90.14.1.2:Fabrication, supply, conveyance, installation testing and commissioning of floor or wall mounting, dust and vermin proof, cubicle type MV panel board comprising of the following components/ devices & complying to IS 8623. Fabrication of fully partitioned, dust and vermin proof enclosure for panel assembly as per form 4 of IS 8623 (with latest amendments) using CRCA sheet as per approved design and requirement, with front and rear access facility, bus bar chambers, hinged doors for all switch gear compartments, earthing the doors using 4 sq mm braided copper conductor, providing necessary cut-outs for mounting meters, relays, indication lamps, bus bar interconnection etc, detachable covers for bus bar chamber and cable alley, powder coating the assembly after subjecting to 7 tank process etc as required. CRCA sheet alone be used for the fabrication. Angles/ flats/ slotted angles etc shall not be used for the fabrication of panel assembly. The measurments will be taken the area of the complete sheets used for panel board including partitions, folding, shrouding etc.Supply and fabrication of MV panel board using 1.6mm CRCA sheet, powder coated (excluding base frame)

Providing, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 4,000 GPH X 120 mtr. Head Submersible Pump set at T/well Channi New along with allied works. Providing, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of Submersible Pumping unit of Capacity 4,000 GPH X 120 mtr. head at T/well Channi New along with allied works. The pump bowl should be of close-grained cast iron with renewable wearing rings of bronze material. The pump shaft shall be of stainless steel guided with stainless steel distance sleeves /shaft protection sleeves provided with each bowl above and below the stainless-steel impeller the casing wearing rings shall be of bronze material. The coupling shall be of mesh type rigid sleeve of stainless steel, non-slipping type with matching groove and cotter arrangement to suite keyway provided. The suction case shall be of close-grained cast-iron material. The motor should be three phase AC supply having nominal speed of 2900 RPM, 380 Volts + 15% of frequency 50 Hz + 3%. The motor should be totally enclosed squirrel cage induction type, water cooled and sealed against outside water being pumped. The windings shall be wet type water lubricated and provided with metal tilting thrust pad designed to take up all untoward load to most unfavorable running conditions. The Pump shall be of Acceptable Make Kirloskar/ KSB/Grundfos conforming to relevant BIS/IS standards/ codes. The Job further includes Fabrication of adapter Nipple approx 1 mtr long fabricated out of MS Pipe, of which bottom end diameter is to be reduced to the delivery of Sub. Pump and threading the Pipe for screwing into the delivery portion to the submersible pump and other end of the adapter nipple is welded with MS flange of required size fabricated out of MS Plate for fixing with the column pipe. 2 No nuts of required size are to be welded on opposite size of the proper piece so that clamping bolt of the tie rod can passed through it. The Job includes the cost of material and labour charges. Fabrication of the tie rod clamping arrangement for clamping the pump and motor to the upper adopter nipple, fabricated out of 40x6 MS Plate as per required size. The upper ends of these flat strips should be welded with full threaded bolt 12mm dia and 10 cm long. These bolts are to be passed through the nuts welded on the adopter nipple piece, tightening of the 12 mm double nuts on both sides including cost of material and labour charges. Fabrication of 80 mm dia MS forged clamp 02 nos., for lowering the MS column pipes into the tube well casing pipe. The clamp should be in the two halves and should have two holes on either side of the holding arm. The clamp has to be fabricated out of MS Flat of 80 mmx10 mmx 0.75 mtr. The Job includes the cost of MS flat for clamp 4 No's with cost of material and labour etc.The Job includes coupling of pump and motor properly checking of movement of the pump, tightening of the adopter nipple to the delivery side of the pump tightening of tie rod and testing of the pump set in the testing pit at workshop. Lowering of submersible pump set into the Tube well along with the column pipes of 80 mm dia by using special tools and tackles viz chain pulley block, MS Clamp. Providing, Fitting of flat three core 16 Sq.mm Submersible copper cable of length 150 mtrs. make Havel’s/ Finolex /Anchor/Polycab, one of cable end will be fixed in panel and other end with sub motor after properly dressing of cable ends and insulating their properly. The Job includes patching of the cable of motor by using patch rolls and insulation tape to make water proof for lowering of sub, pump unit. Testing of submersible pump set on full load by making connections of submersible copper cable of motor pump set with the panel and checking/testing of all the electrical/ mechanical connections. The Job also includes providing/fitting of four pole three phase HRC fuse unit disconnector Main Switch of 100 Ampere capacity. The Complete job includes cost of material, labor and charges of mechanical transport including testing of the pump set on full load and handling charges including lowering charges.
