Fabrication, leading and erection in MT position permanent tunnel steel supports as per design/ approved drawing including fore poling, cutting drilling, welding /riveting, cold /hot blending, threading, fixing/removing from work, leveling, aligning, fixing in position with providing all accessories such as all nuts, bolts, washers, tie rod, gusset/wall plates, base plate etc. and providing timber struts, prestressing by blocking against rock/soil surface etc. complete including all leads and lifts from fabrication yard to erection site as directed by the Engineer. Calculation of weight for payment under this item will include all structural steel, tie rod, wall plates,base plate, nuts bolts, washers, gussets etc. as per approved drawing as all the accessories are part of permanent steel support in the tunnel.

fabrication and Fitting of Drum (i.e M.S pipe 150 mm dia 6 mtr and required flange,rubber packing and nut bolts, carriage, t&p etc complete at site.

Supply, fabrication, installation, testing & commissioning of LT Panel board of size 1.2 mtr x1.0 mtr x 0.45 mtr factory fabricated, CPRI approved, floor mounted, out door type, dust and vermin proof, made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet mounted on MS angle frame 50mm x 50mm x 6mm thick, front & back openable doors having vertical copper bus bar of capacity 600 Amps for phases and for neutral, cubical type with individual compartments for enclosures, with necessary arrangement for top entry of incoming and outgoing cables suitable for operation on 3 phase 50 Hz, 415 Volts including locking arrangement and internal wiring with 1100 volts grade single core PVC insulated copper conductor FRLSH cables of suitable current carrying capacity and making all connections of incoming and outgoing cables by using suitable size copper lugs , duly powder coated on internal and outer surfaces with approved colour mounted on PCC 1:2:4 type B1 foundation of approved size including dismantling existing LT panel board after disconnecting all connections carefully and making good disturbed surfaces as per existing complete all as specified and with following accessories :- INCOMER i) MCCB 400 Amps 36 KA Thermal magnetic protection - 1 No (Incomer) OUTGOING i) MCCB, 4 pole 63 Amps,25KA Thermal magnetic protection - 5 Nos ii) MCCB, 4 pole 40 Amps,25KA, Thermal magnetic protection type - 5 Nos iii) Digital Voltmeter -1 No (iv) Digital Ammeter-1 No (v) Plug top 63A, 3P+N+E,pin top with male female sockets-10 Nos (vI) Indication lamps (R,Y,B) LED type - 1 Set

M.S. structural works in columns, beams etc. with simple rolled structural members (e.g. joists, angle, channel sections conforming to IS: 226, IS: 808 & SP (6)- 1964 connected to one another with bracket, gussets, cleats as per design, direction of Engineer-incharge complete including cutting to requisite shape and length, fabrication with necessary bolting, metal arc welding conforming to IS: 816- 1969 & IS: 1995 using electrodes of approved make and brand conforming to IS:814- 2004, haulage, hoisting and erection all complete. The rate includes the cost of rolled steel section, consumables such as electrodes, gas and hire charge of all tools and plants and labour required for the work including all incidental chages such as electricity charges, labour insurance charges etc.For structural members of specified sections weighing less than 22.5 Kg./m
