Design, fabricate, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor type cubicle panel board with inside panel suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, AC supply system, factory fabricated in an approved factory having modern fabrication facilities, made out of CRCA sheet steel of 3 mm thick for outer shell and 2mm thick for inner shell with front openable door with two point locking arrangement i.e. Key locking system & pad-locking. Complete panel board shall be applied with powder coat painting of approved shade duly pretreated with seven tank process and suitable packing material for IP-54 degree of protection and including provision of 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm angle iron base frame of suitable size for mounting the panel board with a minimum ground clearance of 900 mm above GL to the bottom of panel including PCC foundation with PCC 1:3:6, type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate. Detachable gland plates including double compression stainless steel cable glands of suitable size shall be provided for all incoming and outgoing cables. Steel plate Danger Notice Board(01 No) LT 415/440 Volts, and manufacturer's name plate shall be riveted on external doors of feeder pillar box. The size of panel board shall suitable for accommodating and including provision of following switchgear, control gear and accessories including internal wiring with suitable gauge of copper cables complete including taking down of old existing LT panel, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge :- Incoming :- (a) MCCB AC 3 Phase 415 V, 50Hz 4 pole, 250 A, breaking capactiy 50kA, Ics=100% Icu with adjustable type thermal and magnetic setting relays - 01 No (b) Digital Voltmeter with selector switch - 01 No (c) Digital Ammeter with selector switch - 01 No (d) LED Pilot light indication lamps for R,Y,B phases - 01 Set of 03 Outgoing :- (a) MCCB AC 3 Phase 415 V, 50Hz 4 pole,100 A, breaking capactiy 25kA, Ics=100% Icu with adjustable type thermal and magnetic setting relays - 05 Nos
