Providing, fabricating, supplying, transporting, hoisting and fixing in position decorative 3D Divine Trident & Damru of approved size (min dia. 3.0 M; height: 4.650 M tentatively), design, profile and geometry in White Metal, M.S. (Mild Steel), Stainless Steel, Corten Steel and/or other approved metals, including complete structural framework, ornamental elements, base supports, welding, CNC/laser cutting, bending, grinding, polishing, protective coatings, anti-corrosive treatment and all allied works complete in all respects as per approved drawings and direction of Architect-in-Charge. The exposed metal surfaces shall be free from defects and finished in approved texture, patina, colour and shade, which shall be finalized through samples/mock-ups and approved by the Architect-in-Charge prior to execution. The contractor shall prepare and submit detailed shop drawings, fabrication drawings, structural and fixing details, material specifications and finish schedules for approval of the Architect-in-Charge before commencement of fabrication. The rate shall include all materials, labour, machinery, scaffolding, transportation, installation at all heights and levels, testing, finishing and all incidental works required for complete execution of the installation. Also includes the cost of preparation of shop drawing, and sample preparation and approval from Architect in charge

Supply, Providing and fixing of perforated /ladder Cable tray with horizontal & vertical Bends, reducers, Tee's, cross over member and other accessories as required and supporting system for suspension from ceiling & fixing at walls/coloumn with Hot Dip Galvanized Armstruct type. The tray shall be made of minimum 1.5 mm thick sheet steel hot dip galvanised. (Rate shall be inclusive of cost for primary & secondary supporting arrangement as per site conditions & as per Engineer incharge approval and Connection of 10 sqmm copper flexible wire to earth terminals at coupling of cable trays ). Supply, transport, unloading, shifting & Fabrication of steel sections and erection of MS base frames, MS angle channels, flat, MS C-Channel, MS Z-Channel etc for supporting various items of equipment such as various panels/local machine switches / junction boxes/ light fittings, DB etc. The scope include welding, bolting, chipping , grouting etc. The all MS steel assembly should be fabricated in the contractors shop and then HOT- Dip galvanisation of total assembly shall be done. Rate shall include total process of Galvanization and all allied costs. The scope is inclusive of minor civil work as required, supply of GI hardware materials (Anchor Fastners, Washers etc), consumables, tools & tackles and necessary labour.
