Design, fabrication, supply and errection of L.T Outdoor type cubical Power panel board made with 14 SWG CRCA sheet. The size of panel should be 1400(w)mm x 1400(H)mm x 400(D)mm should be mounted on suitable base MS channel required hardware, duly painted by two coats of zinc/red oxide primer followed by Powder coated / epoxy / PU painted with phosphatisation in grey or required shade after rinsing. The panel having PU/Neoprene rubber gasket of not less than 3mm thickness,separate detachable, gland plate M.S. base channel, hinged door with locking arrangement for equipment/switchgear. Thickness of sheet shall not be less than 1.6mm up to 600mm length/width of any compartment and be of 2.0mm above 600mm. Load bearing structure shall be of 2.0mm thick sheet supported by base M.S. channel if required. Side walls and cable alley compartments having bolted type doors with detachable extension type structure and fixing firmly as directed execution. The following switch gears, bus bars etc. should be supply and fixing in the panel firmly, and the panel with necessary individual doors, separate chambers for bus bars, out going cables etc. All the doors shall be provided with rubber beading and door knobs. The Top of the box should have provision for Incoming and Outgoing cables / Wire, The entire panel should be powder coated with siemens grey color through 7 tank process.

Fabrication && supply of Galvanized H-beam MT Sleepers made out of the materials confirming to IS 2062 of standard Rolled sections as per approved drawing Nos RDSO/B/1636/4/R,589 complete and as directed by Engineer-in charge. Note: Cost of steel fittings and GRSP shall be paid separately.

Fabrication, supply, and fixing of cable fixing clamps of suitable sizes, manufactured 11 from MS flat of size 40 mm x 6 mm, including painting, suitable for clamping/fixing LTUG cables on walls, buildings, sheds, shelters, etc., using bolts and nuts as directed by the Section Engineer-in- Charge at site.

Providing and fixing steel gate, grating , and grills made of angles, tees, square bars, flats,or black pipe with holdfast and fittings complete as per design and drawing including cutting welding and fabrication with priming coat of red oxide

Supplying, straightening, cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills and placing in position for fabrication and fixing of reinforcement including lapping where necessary including all labours T&P, cost of HYSD tor steelbars as per approved drawing & conveyance of steel & binding wire with leads etc. complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.( No extra payment for lapping)

Dismantelling, Relaying, jointing and testing in trenches of GMS 65 mm dia fully Butt welded pipe conforming to IS/ISO:3183-2007of below mentioned grade in item as per dimensions, weight and test pressure mentioned there in code (mild tolerances to be restricted within 3%) in random lengths of 6 to 7 mtrs including the cost of fabrication of bends by butt welding from parent tube as required at site complete in all respect as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
