Isolator Structure-Fabrication of Isolator structure minimum 3.5 mtr overall height and 2.5 mtr above ground level as per RESSPO drawing, with help of M.S channel 125x65 mm two pieces of M.S channel joined to each other by M.S flat 50x6 mm, diagonally at the interval of 0.5 mtr and top & bottom of the structure. Grouting of Isolator structure in CC (cement, coarse sand and stone grit of 20 mm gauge) including supply of necessary T&P and painting OS structure complete. (only M.S channel and angle provided by the deptt)

Laying of Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) M- 20 Nominal mix (Cement 400 kgs ) using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate, coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing and centering,etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work (Sand 0.45 cum and Metal 0.90 cum) as directed by the Engineer in charge. Centering should be with Casuarinas Ballies,Bamboos, Wooden Reapers, Runners, Wood Posts, Wall Plates etc. complete. - FOOTING / RAFT

Vibrated Reinforced Cement Concrete M20 Grade Nominal Mix corresponding to IS 456 using 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, natural river sand and manufactured sand (Rock sand) in the ratio of 50:50, coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and excluding seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402) including centering, shuttering, laying concrete, vibrating, curing etc. complete for Footings.

Labour Charges for fabrication of Old GI pipes for truss work including labour charges for cutting, fabrication in position and welding etc. complete as per standard specification

Supply and placing of Design Mix Concrete M25 grade corresponding to IS 456 with minimum cement content of 380 kgs per 1 cum of concrete using WEIGH BATCHER / MIXER with 20mm size graded machine crushed hard Granite metal (coarse aggregate)(consisting of nominal size metal 60% of 20mm , 15% of 13.20/12.50mm , 15% of 10mm and 10% of 6mm ) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) (with 50% river sand & 50% manufactured sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site, centering using Steel scaffolding pipes, jack Props, Wallers, Foot plates, brackets, steel Centering Plates, etc, etc., including all operational, incidental and labour charges such as weigh batching, machine mixing, laying concrete, curing, vibrating and cost of overheads & contractors profit etc.,complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work (APSS No. 402) FOR FOOTINGS, PEDESTALS, PLINTH BEAMS.RCC M25 grade for footings
