Removal of roller guards and wornout carrier rollers. PLACEMENT AND FITTING:- 1. Fitting of an old under carriage right side, including the following components:- ( Track chain assly, carrier rollers, Track rollers, Roller guards, Ensuring proper alignment and tightening of all bolts and fittings) SAFETY AND QUALITY MEASURES:- 1. Adherence to all safety protocols during dismantling ans assembly operations. 2. Use of appropriate tools and equipment to avoid damage to parts and ensure precision. 3. Inspection of all replaced components for quality assurance. Material Required:- Gauging electrode-11 kg, Steel electrode-05 kg, HT bolt -16 nos, Washer-16 nos. Repairing work should be completed with all required materials and manpower.
