Also providing/fitting of new rubber bearing bush, MS locking plate along with suitable bolts on the bottom of the stuffing box, removal of the broken gland bracket holding studs from the stuffing box surface, re-threading & fitting of new studs of required size. Complete job 01 no. job 7 Reconditioning of SS AISI-410 line shaft 70 mm dia. 2.15 mtr. long at worn out portions by way of rebuilding the worn out, undersize portions by remetalling with special SS welding electrodes in layers and then turning, grinding, polishing, finishing to true size and specifications including rebuilding, finishing of key ways to true size. Also removing & checking eccentricity of line shaft with dial gauge at various off sets. Removing deflection/eccentricity by heat treatment or on hydraulic press, removing of deflections on heads/ ends and then again checking the alignment of the shaft on lathe machine. P/F of new fabricated AISI-410-SS cotter pins of line shaft. 03 no. Jobs 9 Reconditioning of 200 mm dia. x 2000mm length, ERW shaft enclosing tube by cutting, removing from both ends of 200 mm dia. shaft enclosing flanges and fitting of new flanges similar size as specification to each end of the tube which should have six nos. of M20 dia. size threads, MS welding to both ends of the flanges with main tube and then turning, facing both the ends in respect of all over accurate thickness, straightening and alignment, facing of the flanges. Jobs 10 Repair/reconditioning of AISI 410-SS muff coupling along with its top & bottom nuts by way of rebuilding at old worn out portions with re-metalling with special S.S welding electrodes, then turning, finishing to true required size and rethreading both the nuts required portion of the coupling, finishing of all the surfaces of nuts and muff coupling for proper fitment along with rebuilding of key ways. Complete job. 3 no. jobs 11. Assembling of each column one by one with 70 mm shaft, 200mm internal tube and 500mm external pipe in sequence while lowering in the respective pit along with assembled bowl assembly. This includes fitting, lowering of line shafts, guide spiders, muff couplings, top shaft, tension tube, deflector tube, joining of discharge surging head with delivery line 500 mm dia. along with providing and fitting of relevant joining material, fire fly sheet, graphite packing, grease packing, 19 mm size nuts, bolts, washers, fitting and tightening after complete alignment, leveling etc. Complete job. 01 no. Testing of pumping unit which includes installation of 300KW, 400 HP, 6.6 KV VT motor solid shaft BHEL make HT motor on the skirt and its alignment with respective pump half coupling, reconnection of dismantled cable connections of 6.6 KV, 3 phase to rotor, stator, slip-ring assembly, liquid rotor starter trifurcated sealing box and , cleaning of all carbon brushes, connecting of motor half coupling with pump half coupling, checking all connections with proper alignments and adjustment and testing of pumping unit for its proper operation. 01 no. Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour sliding glazed door comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame with in-built roller track and sash extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), appropriate dimension uPVC extruded glazing beads, uPVC extruded interlock and uPVC extruded Inline sash adaptor (if required), EPDM gasket, wool pile, zinc alloy (white powder coated) handle with key on one side of extreme panels along with zinc plated mild steel multi point locking having transmission gear with keeps, zinc alloy (white powder coated) cresent lock (if required), stainless steel (SS 304 grade) body with adjustable double nylon rollers (weight bearing capacity to be 120 kg), G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall and necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's and Drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame and adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealent over backer rod of required size and of approved quality, all complete as per approved drawing & direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Single / double glass panes, wire mesh and silicon sealent shall be paid separately). Note: For uPVC frame and sash extruded profiles minus 5% tolerance in dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable.
