Fabrication, providing, fitting of collared M.S Circular lid for fuel tanks of Budshah-II Dredger. The lid shall be fabricated out of 06mm thick sheet with 06 inch height collar with hinges, nuts, bolts, etc. on existing oil filler neck. Welding shall be carried out using superior quality welding electrodes, etc. as per requirement of the job. Cleaning of fabricated structure by way of scrapping, chipping, rubbing and preparing the surface to receive primer properly. The job then involves applying two coats of epoxy primer and two coats of epoxy marine quality enamel paint of specified colour as per the direction of site Engineer. All tools & tackles, transportation, boat, DG set etc shall be arranged by firm for execution of work.
