M&L for periodical maintenance of Swimming Pool of size 50 M x 25 M with variable depth between 1.5 to 2.5 mtr (avg depth 1.5 mtr) plus Diving Pool of size 16 M x 16 M x 5 M and existing Balancing tank having total water capacity 33,00,000 ltrs (approx) and walls. The maintenance shall be carried out during term break or any other dates given by the User / MES. Repair / Periodical maintenance of Swimming Pool comprises with the following works services:- a) De-watering of water from Swimming Pool including balancing chamber of Swimming Pool by installing pump at swimming pool. b) Cleaning of Swimming pool and baby pool bed, vertical walls complete (tiled surfaces) manually by using brushes, descaling of the wall and floors complete with descaling solution or manually means and including cleaning of with chemicals and other cleaning agents without damaging the existing tiles and removing all scraped material and deposited at a distance not less than 100 mtr from the site and finally washing total surfaces with fresh water and make ready for filling up with water. Note :- (a) After carry out of maintenance, water shall be re-filled and to be made ready for swimming. Cleaning material shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (b) The periodical maintenance / cleaning of Swimming Pool will be inspected and approved by Engineer-in-Charge to the entire satisfaction.

Testing, checking, and maintenance of the Month Integrated Power supply system, Major (Statcon Energiaa Make), completely consisting of the following:- a) SMR Panel, SMPS Modules, Changeover Devices & their fuses, diodes, regulators, connections, wiring & other discrete components. b) AC Distribution Panel, Inverters, Transformers, CVTs, Changeover Devices, connecting fuses, regulators, diodes, wiring and other components. c) DC Distribution Panel, DC-DC Converters, connecting filters, regulators, diodes, MOVs and other components. d) ASM Indication Panel; its Buzzers, Push Buttons and Indications. e) All Indicators, Buttons, Switches, Sockets, Buzzers, Resistances, Capacitors, Diodes, and Fuses of various ratings connected to SMR/AC/DC Panels. f) Earthing and Bonding Connections, Lightning Protection Devices (Class B/C/D). g) Maintenance of Battery Sets, Connecting Terminals/Wires, floats, etc. (Replacement to be done by Railway) = 12 Locations X 36 Months (03 Years) = 432 Months of Major IPS as per Annexure - A Total 4997579.04

Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) of complete Hydraulic System of Diffuser: Scope of work as under: - Providing Manpower for Servicing and Maintenance of chainless diffuser Hydraulic system, consist of followings: a). Forward Motion Power pack - 1 Nos. b). Retract Motion Power pack - 1 Nos. c). Forward Motion Cylinders - 6 Nos. d). Retract Motion Cylinders - 6 Nos. e). Maintenance Hand Operated Pump Unit - 1 Set. • Repair and Maintenance of all the above listed system and cylinders and to keep them in sound working condition for running the plant. • The Repair and Maintenance is for service only, excluding spares. Any kind of system components, spares parts, seal kits, fittings, fasteners shall be provided by HBL. • Preventive Maintenance shall be carried out during off season, schedule to be finalized in concurrence with Officer in charge of HBL. • Breakdown call (Minor or Major) shall be attended within 48 hrs. from the time of intimation and set right the system to working condition immediately. • All breakdown calls shall be attended to as a part contract at no extra charges. • Service report shall be furnished after completion of breakdown service. • Necessary tools and tackles shall be arranged by HBL. Space for servicing system components and cylinders at workshop shall be arranged by HBL. • Detailed Scope of Job is attached in the Special Terms & Conditions.
