COMPREHENSIVE MAINTENANCE OF SWIMMING POOL AT AF STATION BAREILLY UNDER GE (AF) BAREILLY
M&L for periodical maintenance of Swimming Pool of size 50 M x 25 M with variable depth between 1.5 to 2.5 mtr (avg depth 1.5 mtr) plus Diving Pool of size 16 M x 16 M x 5 M and existing Balancing tank having total water capacity 33,00,000 ltrs (approx) and walls. The maintenance shall be carried out during term break or any other dates given by the User / MES. Repair / Periodical maintenance of Swimming Pool comprises with the following works services:- a) De-watering of water from Swimming Pool including balancing chamber of Swimming Pool by installing pump at swimming pool. b) Cleaning of Swimming pool and baby pool bed, vertical walls complete (tiled surfaces) manually by using brushes, descaling of the wall and floors complete with descaling solution or manually means and including cleaning of with chemicals and other cleaning agents without damaging the existing tiles and removing all scraped material and deposited at a distance not less than 100 mtr from the site and finally washing total surfaces with fresh water and make ready for filling up with water. Note :- (a) After carry out of maintenance, water shall be re-filled and to be made ready for swimming. Cleaning material shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (b) The periodical maintenance / cleaning of Swimming Pool will be inspected and approved by Engineer-in-Charge to the entire satisfaction.
