Comprehensive, Periodical and Preventive Maintenance of "THYSSENKRUPP" make passenger lifts-03 Nos (8 Passengers Lifts-02 Nos, 13 Passengers Lift-01 No.) in Meghnath Block & passenger Lifts-02 Nos (8 Passengers Lift-01 No., 13 Passengers Lift-01 No.) in Chakravorty Block, electrically operated 1.5 meter/second speed with power driven automatic steel sliding doors of single speed and efficient operating condition through manufacturer's instructions by regular examination, lubrication and carrying out planned maintenance of system in controlled manner using techniques and expertise and including Sunday & Holidays complete all as specified and directed. Location : Meghnath & Chakrabarty Blocks in Naraina Bagh. Notes:- (i) The above maintenance shall be done through OEM of existing lifts. Please also refer Sch 'A' Notes. (ii) The contractor will have to submit MOU as given in Particular Specifications from OEM i.e M/s Thyssenkrupp Ltd within fifteen days of acceptance of tender, failing which the contract will be liable to be cancelled and further action to be taken as per policy in vogue. (iii) Spare parts to be replaced as listed in item Nos 02 to 13 of BoQ /Sch 'A' shall be measured and paid separately as Supply Only. Fixing charge is deemed to be included in unit rate quoted for above item No. 01.
