OD81767/2025-2026:Fully Comprehensive Annual Maintenance contract of 31-60 HP slip ring induction motor with split case / End suction pump set controlling electrical accessories , panel board ,etc including attending all repairs ,replacing of damaged coupling bush, carbon brush and coupling bolts, reconditioning the damaged parts , replacing spares with original make as per sample , removing foreign bodies , renewal of gland packing , gasket packing , rubber packing , greasing the bearing etc as and when required including overhauling and maintenance of pump and motor through out the year as required( excluding motor rewinding, works arrived due to natural and man made disaster like flood, landslide etc and STARTER AMC ) and maintain the motor pump sets , electrical accessories etc complete in good working condition all time during the period of contract and the faults should be rectified with in the time allowed .
Up Keepment of Electrical Installation at various Building within the complex of BSMCH, Bankura.-Day to day Comprehensive maintenance (preventive, corrective and breakdown) of various rated Diesel Generator Set (without fuel , materials).
26. All the issues related to the safety of the staff should be taken care by the Agency itself. 27. In case of any mishap or accidental injury to any member of the staff deputed by the agency, the whole responsibility is to be borne by the agency but should be informed to the EIC immediately. Special Terms and Conditions for DG Set Maintenance 1. Scope of Work The contractor shall carry out comprehensive maintenance (Preventive, Corrective and Breakdown) of the DG Set including engine, alternator, AMF panel, control panel, fuel system, cooling system, batteries and associated accessories. 2. Operation & Monitoring The agency shall ensure regular inspection, operational readiness and monitoring of all parameters including voltage, frequency, oil pressure, coolant temperature and battery condition. 3. Preventive Maintenance Schedule Preventive maintenance shall be carried out as per OEM guidelines and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Maintenance logbook must be maintained and signed after each visit. 4. Breakdown Maintenance Breakdown calls shall be attended within 2 hours of intimation. Restoration shall be completed at the earliest to ensure uninterrupted power supply. 5. Manpower Requirement Skilled and experienced technical personnel shall be deployed. They must be well acquainted with the make and capacity of the DG Set installed.
