Comprehensive AMC of 123 nos. of Self Contained Breathing Apparatus Sets Scope: MonthlyVisit to TFB stations for servicing of the BA Sets for a year. Disassembly followed by visual inspection of foll. components of the B.A. Sets Face piece for broken or frayed straps, deteriorated rubber seal, cracked or damaged lens, damaged buckles. SCBA harness and cylinder strap for frayed or broken straps, discoloration from exposure to high temperatures. Pneumatics for damage or leaks in the low and high-pressure hoses Performance check of components to check the correction functioning of pressure gauge, low pressure whistle, pressure hose, demand valve, back plate / harness assembly, inhalation/exhalation valve & leak test of face mask assembly Checking of validity of CCoE certificates of cylinders Replacement of O rings / gaskets wherever required Arranging and replacing components that requires change in the subsequent visit. Disinfecting of sets Reassembly of set. Submitting service report to TFB

Annual Comprehensive maintenance through OEM of nine (9) passenger lifts which include routine, preventive and break down maintenance including repair/replacement of worn out items with minimum down time and waranttee & guaranttee of repaired/replaced items during the AMC period. (The AMC shall include lift car lights, cabin/cross flow fan, intercom system and ARD system with batteries)(As per the frequency, specifications and detailed scope provided in NIT)
