M&L for carrying out complete servicing, inspection, testing, calibration and preventive maintenance of 33 kV Vacuum Circuit Breaker including isolation of supply, thorough cleaning of breaker assembly, panels and insulators, and checking of vacuum interrupters, contacts and arc chambers. The work includes lubrication and adjustment of operating mechanism, tightening of all power and control connections, calibration of protection/relay settings, and testing of spring charging motor, trip/close coils and interlocks. Replacement of worn or defective small parts such as nuts, bolts, washers, springs, auxiliary contacts and minor consumables shall be carried out as required. Insulation resistance, contact resistance and functional operation tests shall be conducted to ensure safe, reliable and smooth performance, complete all as specified and as directed.

REPAIR/PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE OF SUMMER APPLIANCES AND MAINT OF CENTRAL AC PLANT AT DSCC UNDER GE DRONACHAL
Note for item No. 33 to 86 above :- (a) Contractor should visit the site before quoting the tender. (b) Repair work of AHU`s under relevant items mentioned above to be carried out through authorised service engineer of M/s OEM aircon limited/Voltas ( OEM of AHU`s). (c) All spares for repairing of AHU`s like bearing, belts, hinges, lock, gaskets, air filter, relays, limit switch etc what ever may be required and reccomended for replacement to be purchase from OEM and it should be genuine spares. Contractor has to produce the purchase voucher of the same to department before fixing/ installation of parts. (d) Repair to motorized solenoid valves, non motorized valves, Damper motor, actuators, sensors etc to be carried out through agency expert in Air conditioning mangement. Credential of agency in this respect to be produed to GE before carried out repairs. (e) Cost of hardware or any item not mentioned in tender but required to be installed for commissioning or to making the equipment fuctional is to be provided by the contractor.Rate for same to be quoted by contractor in the revent item and No separate payment will be made for this. (f) Instruments like Anemometer, laser temprature gun and other instruments as required to check the performance of AHU`s during maint checkup to be arranged by contractor. (g) Contractor shall be responsible for one years for the all repair works as mentioned above, carried out in of AHU's.
