12)Collection ,transportation of oil mand consumables,disposal of waste oil/filter etc ,will be arranged by Agency. 13)Due care is to taken by the agency while carrying out preventive maintenance work. Agency will be responible for any damaged done to the equipment due to unskilful handling or un satisfactiry maintenance work of the agency .In such case ,agency will be liable to bear cost of such repair or pay the cost of such repair. 14)Agency has to highlight the internal defects of equipments due to normal ewar and tear of equipment as may be noticed while carrying out preventive maintenance. Not covered by this AMC or Beyond the Scope :- Engine Cylinder, Radiator replacement, alternator Stator and rotor unit.or any inbuild or moulded item's. (ii) Oil Tank, Oil pipe Exhaust pipe etc.

OD57386/2025-2026:Fully Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of 5 HP Vacuum motor pump set , D.O.L starter ,controlling electrical accessories , etc complete for a period of 12 months including attending all repairs , reconditioning the damaged parts, replacing spares with original make as per sample, dismantling and refitting , removing foreign bodies , renewal of gland packing , gasket packing , rubber packing , greasing the bearing etc as and when required including overhauling of pump, overhauling of the motor, maintenance of motor thorughout the AMC period whenver necessary (excluding rewinding) repairs of vaccum pipe line, starter, valves electrical accessories etc as required complete in good working condition including painting the motor pumpset, base plate all time during the period of contract and the faults should be rectified with in the time allowed
