Providing, fabricating, supplying and fixing only by authorised applicator as approved factory made HDHMR (High Density High Moisture Resistant TESA)both side BSL (Metalic) door shutters of 30 mm / 32 mm thickness or as per project requirement, manufactured from exterior grade high-density fibre homogeneous board made from plantation timbers such as eucalyptus, processed through drum debarker system for removal of bark, mud, grit and inferior fibres and refined through Z-shifter to eliminate oversized fibres and glue lumps; manufactured with homogeneous core (without layers) using advanced mat forming technology, bonded with in-house prepared synthetic resin and continuously hot pressed through 192-cylinder European press system ensuring multi-point pressure and temperature control for uniform density profile across length and width; having uniform density not less than 850 kg/m³ (±5%) ensuring high screw holding strength and structural stability; resin blended through European blow line technology for uniform fibre–resin distribution, equipped with online blow detector and online thickness calibration system for dimensional accuracy; termite and borer resistant, exterior grade high moisture resistant, suitable for routing and CNC machining; conforming to Grade–I of IS 12406:2003, ISI marked with Ecomark certification as per Ministry of Environment norms, IGBC compliant and FSC certified; factory calibrated and finished smooth for painting, polishing or other surface treatment, complete with cutting to size, edge finishing, necessary provisions for hardware and fixing in position including all labour, materials and incidental charges, complete as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. all as per direction of Engineer-In- Charge.
