Shifting of 400 KVA Automatic Voltage Controlled Servo Stabilizer-01 No. from Govt. Chest Diseases Hospital, Jammu to Workshop for its Repair by way of Draining out Transformer Oil and storing it properly in barrels. Dragging out the Stabilizer from Govt. Chest Diseases Hospital, Jammu by deploying skilled labour and with the help of Hydra crane, tools & tackles. Shifting of Stabilizer to workshop by Mechanical Transport, dismantling it by unfastening nut bolts of top cover there by extracting out damaged synchronizing motors, cards & wiring. Job also includes providing & fitting of new control card-03 No’s, synchronous motor-01 No’s, Limit switches moving arms-03no’s, replacement of new insulation, phase indicators set with changing of panel wiring and internal wiring etc. The job also includes Placing of all dimmer assemblies in electric oven for drying and removing of moisture for required time and appropriate temperature. The job also includes Lubrication of all the gear of servo motor, servicing of oil chamber by checking for leakage and plugging if any by way of welding and applying adhesive to make it to leak proof. Assembling of stabilizer and topping up with reprocessing/de-hydrated old servo-oil so that all coils were fully immersed in the oil. Further, the job involves refitting/reassembling of 400 KVA Automatic Voltage Controlled Servo Stabilizer, shifting of the same to installation position and connecting it to main power supply & testing on full load dedicated for existing HVAC System. Complete job comprises of cost of material and labour charges, transportation, reinstalling, tools and tackles and other unforeseen material for execution of job and taxes thereof.

drawings on completion of work the DPR (excluding structural design) shall be prepared according to "Terms & Conditions", Activity Sheet No-1" , List-1" , List 2 and List-3" given in Annexure-14 as amended from time to time appended with SOR. In addition to civil drawings, the architectural work shall include preparation of MEP drawings of Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Mechanical system (elevators/escalators etc), acoustics, sanitary, plumbing drainage, water supply, rain water harvesting, sewage, STP, ETP electrical, electronic, communication system, interior design, graphics signage, fire detection, fire protection, security systems, arboriculture, parking and landscaping based on the concept plan supplied by the department. All drawings shall be prepared according to soil condition, topographical condition surface & subsoil water levels at site, relevant codes/manuals, bylaws, green building and GRIHA norms. The work shall also include preparation of model of the building made of acrylic fiber sheet, on a suitable scale, mounted on a portable base and 3D views on flex on plain sheet as directed by the Engineer in charge. It will be the responsibility of the architect to collect the sub soil reports (Bearing Capacity for soil) from the department, if available. However, if bearing capacity of soil is not available with the department, then it will be responsibility of the architect to engage a geotechnical engineer empanelled with the Chief Architect and get the investigation done and collect the re4port for which payment shall be made separately according to geotechnical testing items in SOR. The work shall also include revision of the drawings, obtaining staturary approvals, obtaining utilities shifting estimates from owners of the utilities at site and other approvals such as GRIHA rating.
