SUPPLY & INSTALLATION OF ISLAND HOOD WITH FILTER & LIGHT (2100 x 1800 x 500 mm): 1. External and internal parts to be manufactured in SS • # 22 GA. Welded Body Construction. 2. Removable 22 GA. S.S "V" section, measuring 500*500*50 mm thick, in full length w/bottom of filters set in continuous channel. 3. Grease gutter on rear and side in each piece. 4. Appropriate of numbers of Flushed incandescent, with heat toughened glass, LED lights, diffusing glass, to provide 500 lux of light through-out the hood. 5. Wiring should be in Heat resistant conduits. 6. To be suspended on ceiling with hanger rods. 7. Height/Exhaust duct Collar size, shape & Qty. to be verify at site/coordinate HVAC consultants. 8. HVAC Cut-outs to be co-ordinated with HVAC Consultant. Make- Cosmo, Winslyn, IKTCH, Proline or Equivalent) Warranty - 3 Years.

Comprehennsive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC) of AC Plants / HVAC System / Chillers /Airconditioing Installations & associated equipments etc all compete which comprises regular Preventive Health Checkup / Servicing as per OEM instructions / recommendations and attending all breakdown calls / faults / complaints including repair / replacement of compressor and all defective / unsevicabe parts / spares / accessories / fittings / fixtures / pipe / rubber / consumables / gas charging etc all complete to make the entire system in good working condition and fully functional / operational all times in all respect etc all complete and all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this contract. Note : In case of any Breakdown in any of the Equipment, the system should be restored within 48 Hours, failing which @ Rs.5,000/- per complaint per day will be recovered from the Bill.

M&L for cleaning of inside surface of supply Return/Exhaust Ducts of HVAC system by (NADCA certified duct cleaning agency ) using high power vacuum air compressor robotic camera air hammer, special nozzle, air sweep with other required accessories and inspection of dust before and after cleaning of duct using color video inspection, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-chrage.

Annual Comprehensive maintenance HVAC System which include routine, preventive and break down maintenance including repair/replacement of worn-out items with minimum down time and Warranty & guarantee of repaired/replaced items during the contract period (As per the frequency, specifications and detailed scope provided in NIT)
