M&L for comprehensive maintenance of HVAC unit comprising checking of compressor, controls such as pressure cut outs, cooling coil, blower motor, checking/ arresting of gas leakage if any incl necessary charge of gas etc of 8.5TR (02 Nos) cap, complete all as specified and directed.

(A) Preparation and submission of self sufficient Structural Designs & Drgs for including Structural details, Structural notes conforming to latest standards IS-456, IS-800, IS-875, IS-816, IS-1893, IS-2062, IS-4326, IS-13920 and any other latest and relevant Indian Standard of the building as per the Arch Drgs. The description of buildings, swimming pool, sump and balancing tank etc are as under and as specified in tender documents. Supplying, laying/fixing, testing and commissioning of following nominal sizes of chilled, of pre-insulated heavy MS pipe i/c accessories as bends, tees, reducers etc. with homogeneous rigid CFC-free polyurethane foam (PUF) insulation of relative thickness as per CPWD HVAC specification 2024 of min density 48 kg/cu.m, 90% minimum closed cell content, and outer surface having cladded with watertight, corrosion protected and UV resistant HDPE pipe of relative thickness, having minimum compressive strength of 2.7 kg/sqcm, and thermal conductivity of 0.02 W/mK etc complete as standard specification with all fitting as required.
