NOTE :- (i) A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with OEM for respective E&M items shall be submitted by the contactor, that OEM shall provide all repair / servicing work and spares that may be required to undertake the repair work under this contract to the firm for the entire period of the contract and the MoU shall be signed by authorized representative of OEM. (ii) The agency has to keep all equipments well maintained for the work so as to give proper out put at all times. The spares / software licence/consumables required to be procured from Proprietary or OEM and shall must be supplied through Proprietary or OEM only (iii) Payment for these items shall be regulated based on invoice and purchase voucher/paid bills.
