Design, engineering, and preparation of comprehensive shop drawings for all internal and external services, fully integrated with the LGSF (Light Gauge Steel Framing) structural system. Scope of Services: The design shall encompass Electrical (Power & Lighting), Air Conditioning (HVAC), IT Infrastructure (Data & Voice), Fire Detection & Alarm Systems, CCTV Surveillance, and Access Control Systems. Integration Requirements: The contractor shall ensure that all service routings, conduit penetrations, and equipment mounting details are structurally coordinated with the LGSF framing members (studs, tracks, and joists) without compromising structural integrity. All designs must adhere strictly to NBC 2016, relevant IS Codes, and specialized LGSF construction norms. Deliverables: The contractor shall submit for approval: Schematic Designs and Load Calculations. Detailed Routing Drawings (identifying pre-punched holes in steel sections vs. on-site penetrations).

Construction of School of Infrastructure Vertical Extension (One Floor): (Tentative Plinth Area: 1046.72 Sq.m) Construction of RCC framed Structure of one additional floor over the existing second floor of the School of Infrastructure Building and Construction of one (01) MS fire escape staircase from foundation level to mumty level,including dismantling/demolition of existing structures/services;all related services as per section 2A of (scope of work ) of Tender Document including internal & external water supply, Sanitary installations, Internal E&M installation, Civil & Electrical External Services Connection, Sewerage system, relocation of extisting services all types of services, draingage system, roof top to surface rain water harvesting systme including terrace, internal partion, by incorporating stipulated specifications and drawings and integrating all internal & external services pertaining to Civil & E&M, internal partitional works, etc complete all incidental work, including external development works & making the facilities functional all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Obtaining and submission of all necessary statutory approvals on completion of work from all local authorities in, obtaining fire clearance, obtaining occupancy certificate / completion certificate from all concerned local bodies or any authorities, consent to operate (CTO), water connection, electric connection, fulfilment of GRIHA 3 STAR rating norms etc including preparation & submission of ‘All built drawings’ as per scope of work, condition and other details provided in NIT/Tender document and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The work shall be executed complete as per scope of work, drawings, specifications, conditions and other details stipulated in NIT/Tender document and as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The scope includes additional software required by BMS software (to enable a standard Web browser) to be resident on the DDC/client machine (manufacture-specific browsers shall not be acceptable). User log-on identification and password shall be required & a minimum three-layered security system(User interface Level, Application Level and Data Base Level) to be deployed for safety. The supplied computer software shall employ object-oriented technology (OOT) for representation of all data and control devices within the system. This data shall reside on a server for all database access (Systems requiring proprietary database and user interface programs shall not be acceptable). All components and controllers supplied under this contract shall be true “peer-to-peer” communicating devices (Components or controllers requiring “polling” by a Master / Global / Host to pass data shall NOT be acceptable). Physical connection of BACnet/MOD BUS devices shall be via Ethernet at all levels. The License must be provided by default. OD265115/2025-2026:Supply of one Skilled Assistant possessing a valid ITI/ITC certificate in HVAC / mechanic in Refrigeration and Air conditioning trade with a minimum of two (2) years relevant field experience during the AMC period for attending shift duties as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The nature, timing, and schedule of duties of the Skilled Assistant shall be decided by the Engineer-in-Charge and may be modified from time to time as per site requirements. The Skilled Assistant shall be responsible for the operation, routine monitoring, and preventive maintenance of air-conditioning and ventilation systems, including VRV/VRF units, split air conditioners, package units, AHUs, FCUs, ventilation fans, and associated electrical and control systems. The duties shall include checking refrigerant pressures and temperatures, electrical parameters, belts, filters, drain lines, and control wiring; attending to minor repairs and leakages; assisting in major repairs and breakdown rectification and coordinating with OEMs or authorized service agencies for major repairs, as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The Skilled Assistant shall maintain all prescribed log books, checklists, and maintenance records related to HVAC systems and shall submit reports as and when required. The Skilled Assistant shall strictly adhere to all safety norms, and site instructions, including safe handling of refrigerants and compliance with electrical safety practices. The Skilled Assistant shall be available on demand, in shifts, and on call for emergency requirements. The contractor shall arrange and provide, at his own cost, all necessary tools, plants, testing instruments, and measuring equipment required for the execution of the work and for effective performance of duties by the Skilled Assistant during the entire contract period.
