AIR CONDITIONING Note for Sl item Nos. 115 to 152: Air conditioning works shall be got executed through specialist agency having minimum 05 years experience in execution of Air conditioning works / OEM. The agency shall be approved by GE. Dismantling of existing chiller system alongwith all the components including cooling tower, motor pumps, AHUs, HVAC Panel, pipelines etc and shifting it to MES Yard complete all as specified and directed.

APPENDIX K- MAIN BUILDING HVAC SYSTEM

Supervisory Controllers & Integrators - Software for Building Management System:- Supplying Installation Testing Commissioning of Necessary Software (UL listed) Packages containing Building Management with Capability of Collection, Storage, Processing and Controlling all the Data. Software shall support Open Standard Protocols like XML, BACnet, Modbus, Lon works etc. and without the use of Proprietary Protocols, with Enterprise Level Database Like MS SQL complete Lifetime Licenced & capable to collect, store & access all points from Fire Alarm Systems, IT Systems, Automation Systems, HVAC System, Lift, Energy management, Water Management System, etc. to create & monitor historical & event data, event management data, alarm management data & reporting data, Email Alerts for Critical alarms for all the systems. The scope includes additional software required by BMS software (to enable a standard Web browser) to be resident on the DDC/client machine (manufacture-specific browsers shall not be acceptable). User log-on identification and password shall be required & a minimum three-layered security system(User interface Level, Application Level and Data Base Level) to be deployed for safety. The supplied computer software shall employ objectoriented technology (OOT) for representation of all data and control devices within the system. This data shall reside on a server for all database access (Systems requiring proprietary database and user interface programs shall not be acceptable). All components and controllers supplied under this contract shall be true “peer-to-peer” communicating devices (Components or controllers requiring “polling” by a Master / Global / Host to pass data shall NOT be acceptable). Physical connection of BACnet/MOD BUS devices shall be via Ethernet at all levels. The License must be provided by default. The BMS software shall be complete in all respect to cater the following different numbers of points managed in the installation.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of VFDs.VFD designed for HVAC applications with built-in PID controller, control panel (keypad & display) , IP-65 enclosure (for outdoor applications) & IP-20 enclosure (for indoor applications) for use on AHU fans. The display should be in alpha-numeric characters and programming facility should be in user-friendly HVAC terminology. VFD’s shall have built-in harmonic filters with THDI less than 5%. No. VFD panel to be provided with digital display showing electrical parameters like voltage, current and power consumption. No. VFD shall be installed in a dedicated external/internal enclosure and the inter connecting wires between driver and MCC shall be included. Necessary transformer, power adapters, sensors, relay etc. as required for satisfactory operation shall be in the scope of VFD supplier. It should be BMS Compatible. 10.0 HP/ 7.5 KW

n) Loop checking for analog, digital and serial communication signals between Analyzers ,shelters and customer DCS / PLC / ESD. o) Laying and termination of Signal, Power & Communication cables for field analysers,analyser shelters, fast loop pump skids, liquid recovery system skid, IJB skid, Carrier gas rack, HVAC units, sample probe, EHT Jbs etc. p)Laying & termination of Serial communication cables between the Analyzes(located in field cabinets) to Anlyser Shelter. Also laying and termination of the serial communication cables between analyser shelter and DCS in control room. q) Laying & supply of GI cable trays for sample tubing between Analyzer Shelter / Field analyser cabinet and Sample Take-off point / Return point. r) Laying & supply of GI cable trays for Instrumentation signal cables, UPS power cables, serial communication cables between Analyzer Shelter / Field analyser cabinet and Sample Take-off point, Fast loop pump skids, Liquid recovery system skids, HVAC units and Control Room. s) Any other work not specified above but required for of installation of analyser and analyser shelter is also in contractor's scope of work. t) Exclusion in Contractor's (bidder)scope:- Supply of Analyser shelter with canopy, Analyser, retractable sample probes, analyser control unit / transmitter, Safeguarding PLC, HVAC Units with panels, SHS (primary & secondary), PDBs, JBs, F&G detectors, liquid validation tanks, validation bottles, sample recovery system, calibration, carrier gas & zero gas bottles with pre-fabricated rack with canopy ,eye wash, anchor bolts, grouting plates, fresh air ducts, fast loop pump skids ,gaskets, nuts bolts, & accessories etc.
